Any suggestions to gain control of my admin account?

Well. Im at work. I have one computer that has 3 limited accounts and one admin. This admin account was made by a guy who used to work for the company over a year ago. So no one knows the password. Could some one recommend a method to get access? I can't make a password recovery disc. I would have to be the admin to make one.

 

the computer manufacturers support center should be able to get you in.

 

Thanks for that info I will try it. Its a new Dell. But in the mean time please post anymore ways. Im calling them now.

 

Dell will help you out, i had a similar problem with a laptop and they got me in no problem just be prepared to answer some questions about the computer.

 

I got a hold of dell. They told me I would need to reload windows.

 

i really expected better from Dell, to tell you that means you'll lose everything you don't have access too.
maybe there is a brute force way of doing it, i just don't know for sure.
