    How many Adsence placements I can have in a page?
    I want to add the search box so, will this count at a placeholder as well?

    I don't think the search box counts as they only count the actual ads that if you click on will earn you money.

    Its something like 3 ad units, 3 link units 1 or 2 search boxes and some referrals.

    Fill your plate with adsense :)

    Thank you quys for your input. my search box will be over each page and this should not be a problem correct?
    also do i get paid per search or i only get paid if the client click on a link that was generated by the search?

    Correct, thats fine, you get paid per click of link generated by the search as far as im aware.
