Has anyone seen minimum bids spike on Yahoo recently?

It feels like a Google slap...and with the recent news of Yahoo begging for Google guidance it makes sense.

I smell something extremely fishy

Looks like they're taking advice from Google:

"As you may have already heard, minimum bids for Sponsored Search are no longer fixed at $.10. Your new Sponsored Search minimum bids can be lower or higher than $.10, depending on the value and quality of that keyword.

To make sure that you fully understand this key change, we invite you to attend a free upcoming webinar exclusively for our advertisers. This session is designed to tell you everything you need to know about the pricing change, so that you can maintain the performance of your Yahoo! Search Marketing campaigns, or even take advantage of the new minimums to help improve performance. "

It's really quite scammy since they've been selling all their 2nd & 3rd page ad traffic they can't sell on YSM to places like Enhance.com and make even more on that.
