Adsense/SpyFu/Keyword question

Suppose I am using Google to find a good keyword with low competition, so I search "keyword1 keyword2 keyword3" (that's three words with quotes) and I see very low competition, great.

Now I go check to see how many advertisers there are for this keyword so I search "keyword1 keyword2 keyword3" on SpyFu and I get nothing, I try "keyword1", "keyword2", "keyword3" seperately and there are some advertisers with decent PPC.

So the question is if I SEO optimise a site/page for "keyword1 keyword2 keyword3" can I expect to have individual Adsense ads for "keyword1", "keyword2", "keyword3"?

BTW, how should I check how many people search that term in a day?

    Thanks in advance.

spyfu is not official and the data are based on a crawl of the google results.. to better know whos bidding on the keywords just try to search them in google and look at the right column..

I did that (searched "keyword1 keyword2 keyword3") and there are some google ads there, still doesn't answer my question though.
