Does anyone have any recent experience with them? They are ignoring requests for an EPP code so I can transfer a domain away from them. Am I screwed?

I'm now having the same problem - my domain expires in a week or so and I thought I could transfer it in that time but they aren't replying - surely that's illegal to force you to stay with them or lose your domain.
