How is the Ad Placement on this site?

Very cool. I'd suggest you remove the BORDERS surrounding the ads. Since the borders make it look JUST LIKE AN AD

Well, I have added three ad units already. So, now, I have to go for referral or links. I hate links and they are useless coz no one clicks on them.

I will be trying to add referrals after reaching 20 Articles.

I think that You should change the bottom-right adsense block background and border to your current background. It will make the ads look like more a website content then ads.
