    Hello,
Someone hacked my friend's domain & transferred to other registrar somehow. Is there any possibility he can get it back? The guy is pretending that my friend sold domain to him.

    Hi

At the same time the technology advance ,the threats attack our domains or programs. It\'s so important to be alert and check if the person that offer us some thing is reliable

Send a mail to your registrar/hosting and tell them the truth about what happens :)

If your domain got stolen, it's going to be really hard to get it back (And expensive).

    Get another one

Is this someone a friend of his/her? Maybe this person had access to your friend's other accounts with same pass? Could just be out of spite.

Contact the registrar asap, hard seeing this being resolved any time soon unless the person gives back but it's the only option you have right now, contact them.

No, he don't know the person who have done this job.He contacted to new registrar, they said contact to old registrar & ask them to send us official investigation application & they placed lock on domain no one can make changes to it even can't change namerservers investigation will take approx. 1 month he has redirected domain to other domain and copy the whole data to new domain. In 1 month all his visitors will be losted.

Correct. And I can't even begin to tell you how difficult it can be trying to just
    verify claims.

The quality of the domain name has no relevance on whether it's recoverable
or not. What matters is the effort being made to try to get it back.

For $1500 you can have one person try your case or for $4000 you can have three. I have tried the BBB and working with GoDaddy to get mine back with no luck.
