Google wont ban this forum ever, in fact I am sure many employees from Google read this very forum regularly like they do www.webmastertalk.com (think thats the right addy) and all... anyway, if in case DP ever gets banned... There is always other lucrative offers all around who themselves will approach DP to get a share of the space.... DP is a good place to advertise honestly.

To me, click bombing is overhyped. Big websites never gets banned due to click bombing, and DP is BIG.

websites like this are so huge with so many clicks that click bombing will benefit them instead of getting them banned

Google Adsense is not the only way to monetise a site...

@kaung you can never view a thread with your own adsense ads.

Even if they ban DP, that won't be for long. Remember they banned BMW once. But the ban lasted for less than a week only. Google don't mess around with big dogs that much.

I dont think the alternatives are as good as Adsense, and they will have problems getting the same amount from them as they were from adsense

yeah i know... but click bombing doesnt neccessarily means the user has to be a dp member and sign in or even signed in, there can be other team from different ips

    for example:

    1. click bomber click (not a member) ads without singing in. All ads will show but what if

    2. a member gets mad and hire a team to click bomb
that team will not be signed into DP and it will be like those ghost warriars in LOTR, wiping everything they see in way, in this case, clicking all ads and some % can be the hirer's ads ;)

Since dp has diversified and has more than one source of income at its disposal, it need not care about possible banning from adsense. Add to that, there are other alternatives to adsense.
