Hi Sleep is very important for everyones health, however, sometimes I have trouble falling asleep. Therefore, I have created this routine in order to sleep better. -At 8 PM I eat some fish (good for my workout). Open up my bedroom window at the same time. Because then I get more air in my room. -At 10 PM I eat tuna (good for my workout) -22.10 Use dental floss, take my vitamins and Omega 3 and brush my teeth.' -22.20 Take a quick hot shower. -22.30 Go to bed, and drink some water (use to be thirsty at nigh). The problem is that I don't falle asleep until late. Other thinks I do in order to sleep better: -Not eating much food in the night. -No candy or coffein drinks (especially not in the evening) -No alchool on weedays. -Try to stay as little as possible in my bedroom during daytime. See its really bad to take medicine just to have sleep. its better you drink milk daily night. It has Tryptophan (an amino acid) which helps in inducing sleep. May it work for you. If not then read some history books . They always made me sleepy
try changing your routine, take your vitamins in the morning, cut out your 10 pm snack or maybe some vegies everyone needs a good sleep it is important to your body !
Do you exercise late at night, this would keep you awake. You also should stop eating at about 6 pm. Read until you get tired, Heat up some milk and ovaltine before you go to sleep. I get up at 4 am to be at the gym by 5 am so I'm usually asleep by 9 pm. OR Have a couple of kids and you will be able to sleep anytime or anywhere
Do Meditation . it will help you a lot in getting sound sleep and will provide energy Life will be changed
I think this is the problem...I know doing exercises late in the night is the best way to get insomnia. I massage my big fingers of my both hands...there are the points of glands which induce sleeping It always works for me
This may sound rather silly but you should not think about not falling asleep. When you think about falling asleep you are giving your self unnecessary stress what in turn stops you from falling asleep. that make any sense? (it sounds alright in my head)
