Since 2002 I have only used desktop computers. 2 weeks ago I managed to save enough money to buy a secondhand fine working laptop (Dell Latitude X200). Since the laptop arrived I have barely turned my PC few times on. I find it much more comfortable to lie in your bed, in your garden or wherever you like, than sitting in the same chair every time in front of a grand screen and a box. Another fact for that I like the laptop more: the noise made by all the coolers and other computer parts give me a headache every day.
desktop.. especially dual monitor pc.. pretty cool and useful.. although laptops are best for outdoor use..
Both have different advantages on their own. Lappy bags a better side in comparison to mobility but if we talk about home PC then it comes to its better hardware which are not sensitive as lappy's hardware are!!!
I just purchased a laptop and I am using it now... I have been using it for 3 days now and I feel that I am more comfortable on my desktop. But I love being able to move anywhere in the house with my laptop
they are both useful in seperate environment/situation, and user's preferences as 2nd priority if you need to travel, and want the ease of network and computer capability, laptop is the best but if at home and you can have both but if you wish to have bigger power aka more addon hardwares, large towers as PC comes into play.
I think I did a right thing. I used laptop at the first time (didn't buy a PC) so I can do online job intensively wherever I go. Then after I earn some money, I bought a PC and now I feel that everyhting's rolling well.
These days I consider to buy a super computer or buy a laptop ? very diffcult to desicion anyone who have any opion ?
I like laptop and PC,Easy Laptop in bring to wherever .There must advantage respectively. If laptop can take to wherever, and if pc only do work at home..
I use my desktop if I'm at home. Like many others, I find using a desktop more comfortable. But when I'm away from home, obviously I have no choice but to use my laptop.
I prefer desktop. I can rattle away at the keyboard and not think about it too much. I haven't adapted to the keyboard of the lap top and so when I have to type it takes me longer. The laptop is very convenient for doing things on site away from home and when traveling.
