    I like the logo but not too sure about the text having the same effect.IMHO It's not bad but could be better. Also it looks a bit unbalanced with the line over the top of the tag line but the site name to the left.

    You only want feedback on the logo, I take it??

    It looks ok. I also kind of like the text overlay and then I don't like it so much. It's like a bad aftertaste for me. I think maybe just a white, reflection (web 2.0 style) at 25% opacity would do better. The text kind of gives that affect but then confuses the mind trying to read the text overlay and the actual text.

    MediaRays, very nice logo :)

    Not exactly the best I've seen outside, but has it's own uniqueness which differentiate from others.

    Just my 2 cent worth :)
