I've had a bit of private ad sales and sponsored posts. But won't include them in the earnings. You can say an additional $20 / month. But that's not automated at this point.

I've hardly spent any time at all on this site. May be 15 mins / week is what I spend on this.

If any one can spend atleast 10 mins per day / you can easily push this to $3 - $5 / day. I'll give full support for a month and also will teach how to successfully run this site.

The site also has a forum, but consider it almost dead. You have visitors, but hardly any participation.

PS: The BIN is more than usual for the following reasons:

2> With little extra effort you can easily make $150+ / month
3> A business model which won't fade away anytime ..

PSSS: Those who think the prices are high, pls dun bother commenting... I know what I'm selling ... and if a real investor with time picks it, they'd know how to change the site around .. It boils down to time and money in the end .
