is my adwords account banned?

    I play by the rules, but I'm getting 0 Impressions for the last 2 days. I didn't change anything. The last thing I did was up my budget a lot, and paid my adwords bill. Am I under-going a review, or am I banned?

    You get an email if you're banned. Maybe your ads haven't been reviewed yet...
    However, you should post this kind of question in the "ADWORDS" section of the forum...

    thanks alex, my account been running good for about 8 months now, with minimal changes. Yes, I did post a ? in the adwords section, but theres never really a lot of help there. By any chance can anyone get there LiveChat working? Im starting to think there closed on the weekends.

    Your account is probably suspended, they do not send an e-mail if they do
    that it is only after you e-mail them about it that they send you their
    standard e-mail.

    Don't use live chat, call them tomorrow on this number 1-888-466-4539 (7am to 7pm pacific time)
    and tell them your problem. If you know you have done nothing wrong
    you can ask them to escalate it for a specialist to take a look at it.

    Google Customer Service doesn't work on weekends. Contact them using LiveChat or email, but if you are in a hurry you can call them directly using the number suggested by agbeyegbe

    This does not necessarily mean you are banned. It happens all of the time. certain words and phrases will more easily trigger a review than others. Also if someone complains about your ad, it will trigger a review.

    Also - have you checked to make sure your quality score is still good enough to show your ads? They've been making a lot of changes lately, and many people are getting kicked right in the quality score.

    Actually yes, My quality scores are good, I got slapped on the last slap of March 5th. So I used the past whole month working on my account. But then again after this review, you never know whats going to happen. I still can't get livechat to work. I figure I'll just wait untill they open on monday, then give them a call.
