I've done on 301 redirect from old one to a new domain and ranking in both Google and Yahoo dropped -5 spots.

    1. Will 301 transfer all link juices from old domain to a new one?

    2. Do I have to re-establish link again? such as re-submit directories which already submitted by old domain again.

    3. If it will be transfered, How long I have to wait until all link juices from the old one apply to a new one?

    Please help :)

    Yes.

No, thats the whole concept of 301 redirect is to tell search engines this page no longer exists here and it can be found here from now on.

This is the million dollar question; most likely in a few weeks to a few months.

Thanks for your helpful answer ssandecki :D I tried to give you a green rep again but it told me to spread around before give it to you again, even I gave others people rep for 3 already. not sure what happened.

That's weird to see my new site ranking #2 in all countries except usa (14).
