    Its more than 180 days that my paypal account is limited. But I had already created new paypal account which I'm currently using. My bank account is stuck in the limited account which I cant remove because of limitations. VCC is also there in limited account and its expired.

    Here is the screenshot:

    [IMG]

    The files under "submitted documents".. one of them being "recent statement for visa card" is fake ... cuz there is no statements for vcc.. I bought it from someone.. But proof of address is genuine and still they are asking me proof of address :confused: .. I have just now mailed them that I registered paypal using vcc and there is no statements for it, now waiting for their reply.

    Now what can I do about this account ? Balance is 0 ... My only problem is that somehow I can remove Bank account from this account and add it into my new paypal which I'm currently using. Should I buy vcc from someone and make it primary ?..

    I think you have hurt yourself by giving them false information.

    I don't know if you will be able to fix it at this point.

    Well, they already found that you were using a VCC and limited your account so getting another one would not solve anything but rather make the matter even worst. You should know that you should not have used a VCC as it undermines the whole purpose of verification anyways.

    I see that they asked you for your credit card statement and a VCC does not have it as the VCC account belongs to someone else anyways.

    The person who sold you the VCC is an opportunist and probably broke tons of his bank's regulations by offering it to you.

    There is really nothing you can do now really as doing anything would merely dig a deeper hole for yourself. Paypal is very strict when it comes with their contractual agreement and the law. Breaching it would put you between a rock and a hard place.

    You cannot open another paypal account when you have an account which is limited. This will be another breach of your contractual agreement. Make sure you read the contractual agreement before you do anything further.

    VCC = Virtual Credit Card.

    You're assuming they won't find out about the second account which is a violation of their Terms of Service. They are pretty sophisticated with tracking IP addresses and account info, so I think opening the second account was a bad idea. Be careful not to keep a lot of funds in the second account as it could be limited as well in short order. Always follow the TOS if you can - best of luck to you.
