300 clicks and 0 $$$ means all the clicks are considered as invalid ones. They may be due to click bombing, meaning a single person clicks more number of ads on a single page. Hence Google will not credit any money in your account. BTW, how about the traffic to your site and how many uniques are you getting a day? Try to build more traffic, do the SEO and build continuous backlinks. Blend the ads with the contents and you will get valid clicks in due course. Good luck
I agree, 300 clicks will have been discounted as invalid, its a lot of clicks, what are you doing to get traffic? is your traffic high?

You mean you manually coded your ENTIRE site using notebook.... That's amazing! Well your ads are pretty well placed... Just an advise, match the colour of the ads on your sidebar a bit more... and your main earnings is from reservations right?? and adsense just a top-up?

In my honest opinion I would not use the ads down the left hand side, I have had reports from many of people that would never use the skyscraper ads down the left. The reason behind this is that people will read from left to right and your main content is straight down the middle therefore I would say you arent getting a very good ctr. If you try putting a medium square just above the fold I guarantee that you will get a far better ctr. Its all about testing aswell why dont you mix and match some text only ads and image only ads and tracking everything on your website.
