Currently I own premier account of paypal and for my new website related to freelancing , I want to upgrade it into Business account... Can we do it ? or I need to open new account.. Please advice me...

You can upgrade your paypal account from premier to business. There is not need to open another account for that. DON.
Yep! you can upgrade and you can downgrade as well but only once. PayPal allows an individual to open a premier/business account and a personal account. I don't think premier and business are allowed. Correct me if I'm wrong on this
Another Yes from Me.. Well, you can upgrade to a business account as you can have either a premier or business account but not both. Before you upgrade, be sure you have a registered business and a bank account registered in the business name.
