    I'm not going to be the one to find out how lenient they will be if your site doesn't have the disclaimer. I have one on all my sites.

    Well, I actually have two disclaimers in one. I have one from the disclosure policy website for my paid posting and then I have another one in there for ads shown regarding cookies. If you make sure that cookies relating to ads hosted by Google are in your disclaimer, you should be fine. My disclaimer is from multiple sources to fit multiple activities I do on my blog.     they only require privacy policy with info about cookies and beacons. there is nothing about disclaimer in their tos

    Does any thing PARTICULAR Have to be written in your disclaimer or whatever? Just make something up or what? It doesn't have to be long and drawn out, does it?
