Getting around 1000-800 visitors a day, making about 130$/month from adsense referrals, if you add zango cash, you could increase revenue to about 40$/day. You could really get around 4000 visitors per day and make much more money if you update it regularly etc. I haven't spent much time on it myself.

^gone down a bit in past few days because havent updated the site much, I will let the buyer know exactly what to do to get traffic etc.

What are the traffic sources?

 

Mostly from reffering sites, some from search engines and direct traffic also. Will let the buyer know about what sites etc.

If this isn't a scam why would you sell your site for under 2 months rev?

 

Similar sites with mostly referral traffic are too much of a risk and they don't require too much work to get to that level, that's why they are sold for a short periods' revenue, because there is no guarantee that after 2 months the traffic from the referring sites may stop. That's why I asked for the traffic sources. I personally, prefer sites with more SE traffic, because this means more consistent and guaranteed traffic for long time and less risk (except if you get penalized, deranked by competition or something similar).

Wrong. It all depends on the niche and the type of the site the referring traffic is coming from. I get 90% of my earnings through referring sites.

 

lol suppose im a bit of a zango virgin. First months earnings were $900 which i was quite chuffed at. Bit gutted that I bought 2 skins site which were rankin good now both don't so lost a lot of earnings there.

On that note any ideas how I could monetise iwatchfamilyguy.com?? Zango doesnt seem to work on that

 

I sold the site because I dont have much time to keep adding tvshows/movies, it doesnt require a great deal of time but I am at university and also have a proper job, so i prefer to let it go than nurture it. This site can make way more than I have made by simply adding more content, which is easy. Zango is really a goldmine for these sites, I havent added it only because they only approved my application 2 days ago and i decided to sell by then so i couldnt be bothered.
