Ok, gave him an extra day to repay me, nothing yet, so the proceedings shall start shortly. He owes me $750, and judging by the amounts he owes other I believe we could band together and lay criminal charges for fraud.

Ok, left my iTrader, Paypal next.

Wilstone took my money in September 2007, $750 for two websites. I gave him plenty of time to get the job done, however he could not deliver, which would be fine if he would refund my money, but he wont, all I get is excuses.
I gave him an extra 1 1/2 months to get the money, but he still has not paid me back.

I was swayed by his money back guarantee, else I would never have used his service, so buyer beware, avoid his service like the plague! This man is a THIEF!

Is it possible to notify Paypal of fraud if the transaction was over 45 days old? I would really like to limit the ability of Wildstone to steal from others.

Yes. But you have to call PayPal personally. They will need to make an exception. However, if you get the agent to look at his account, they'll likely see more than one complaint already filed against him and realize this guy is taking people's money for nothing. While you're at it, ask them to close his account because that's exactly what he's doing; fraud and theft.

I've filed my complaint by this method and PayPal ruled in my favor, but the jackass doesn't have any money in his account to seize.

Thanks, ill do that. I will also gather the details for his western union (not recoverable) transactions, and post them here so if people do an SE search, they can check up on him, as he will most likely move to another forum.

He took $750 from me, you mind adding you amount to that subtotal so we can keep a running total for the fraud/theft. I figure the number will be over 10k in the end, once all the victims have come forward.

It certainly is if you get the friggin' point and stop going around casting stones from your glass house. We've got enough grief to manage on this thread and don't need some knuckle-head coming around simply to pour fuel on the fire.

Unless you are ALL WISE and have never made a mistake in your life, who are you to just jump in with your demeaning and useless insults? It's unnecessary and unwelcome.

Although my loss was not as much as yours, I'd rather keep it undesclosed; only because at this point, I really don't see any means of recourse. Your idea to keep posting evidence of his illegal activity is good. But even this is having limited effect as we still see the occasional "PM me with details, please" posts. You can refer to my review on page 35 if you want to add something more to your post.

My first thought is that the moderators need to jump in and and just close this thread and ban his account. After some consideration, I realize banning him would do little good as he would just register a new name and be up and running again. I would like to see his PayPal account closed though. Although he can establish another, they're not as easy. Aside from that, I don't see any other recourse but to keep tabs on him and advise others not to give him any money until he makes good on his other obligations.

Basically, he's just ignoring everyone's requests and refuses to acknowledge any responsibility for his fraud. Other than that, we have little, or no, recourse. Hell, I would imagine that a moderator would have been notified by now. I've seen people get banned from DP for much lesser offenses than fraud and grand theft! Where are the moderators???

Honestly it does not make any sense closing this thread becasue everyone who has been scammed needs a way to communicate and try and find a way to work together to bring this person down.. So be glad no moderator has closed this thread and banned him...

I've given that due consideration already. Given that the crook lives in India and a flight costs more than my loss, I've come to terms with the fact that we have no recourse at this point.

To what end? Nobody's getting their money back. The best we can hope for is that he gets banned and his PayPal account gets closed. Will that stop him from starting again? Absolutely not. So... what's the point in keeping the thread (or his account) alive?
