Digg....and similar sites

    Hey I am having trouble submitting my site to Digg- it wont allow freewebs sites currently.

    I have heard about Digg clones...can anyone recommend any?

    Why not try reddit.com or propeller.com which are similar in nature to digg.

    It is also better in a sense that it is not so popular, you do not need that many votes to be at the front page :)

    Digg only accepts unique content. I guess their concern is that freewebs content tends not to be "unique". You are likely to to run into the same problems elsewhere. Maybe not automated, but via their moderators.

    A domain and hosting can be bought very cheaply. if you are serious about your site why not take the plunge?

    digg only accepts articles now. they do not accept top-level domains any more
