Just file a copyright complaint and move on. If they havent got a "copyright note" signed by you with them, you can: a) put them out of all serp's (DCMA) b) take their hosting company to court (if they don't shut them down right after complaint) c) take scammers to court, cause hosting company HAS to provide you all informations about hosting holder: name, address, telephone, email, etc etc So, they have nowhere to run. The tip about a hidden code or similar is pretty common theses days. Good luck.
