PIN Issue, Help Appreciated

Well I could have sworn I entered my pin in about 3 months ago, and I haven't touched my adsense account since then, because I quit making sites. Now I am starting back up and I see this message on my main page

Your pages are displaying Public Service Advertisements (PSAs) because you have not verified your contact information. More details.

The request for a new PIN is supposed to be on my payment history page, but it is not. I have tried changing my address to get another PIN sent to me, but I still don't see the link, I have asked google, but I guess I'm sending it to the wrong place, because I just get the same BS automated message every time.

If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me I would really appreciate it.

I dont think changing your address will automate another PIN being sent.

You better contact adsense support regarding the manual removal of PIN holding.

I have sent a message to the adsense support email, but I get the same automated email that directs me to help center topics that do not work for me.

and my main issue is not receiving payment, never received one, I have $90 in my account though. My problem is that my ads are public service ads which you can't earn from.

It appears like you requested the PIN code 3 times or so and you can't request it anymore from AdSense account, you just need to email the AdSense team and they will send you another PIN.

    Good luck!

that makes me wonder too! you should get related ads even if you don't enter your PIN. you will just not get the payment sent to you uinless you verify.

@OP, what happened to the PIN that you entered before which didn't work? did you try to enter the same PIN again?

try to contact the adsense help support because they can really help you out, me i was having the same prob before but its all about pin, ive requested my pin for 3 times and i didn't receive any of them, so one of the DP member here advice me to mail them in order that they can check my account and then they do, they ask some documents such as passport so that they can verify your account manually, in that case, you don't need to request for a pin for your account.
