What I mean by deadlines is if they tell me its going to take a week to do and results with start to show after x amount of time it won't take a year before I see results.

I had them at least at PageRank 4, and had a PageRank 8. I have about 550,000 legit backlinks to one of my sites. I set up a system that made Webmasters want to post backlinks to my site on every page of theirs.

If someone tells you when your results will show up, then they are a scammer and they are lying. it is 100% impossible for an exact time frame to see results. especially with PR.
