SCAMER SCAMER SCAMER ...! Beaware of frankcadillac

Hi all. Here is a member of DP named as frankcadillac Profile link. Yesterday he bought two Proxy sites from me. for 130 USD . Hey paid that amount via credit card to my paypal from his. Then i transfered my sites to him. i claimed the Payments and its was okey in the morning status was completed but when i logged in again at evening Their status was HELD. And in details it was written

Now this guy is not replying me. em really worried. i had to pay for many things dats y i sold my sites and he scammed me. I gave him a positive i trader in start because the payments were okey. But after some time he reversed back payments . Please tell me now What to do???

 

This is why you should always accept payments via INVOICE as it reduces 50% chance of getting scammed.
Also, leave him a Negative iTrader now!

If it is the 1st time you have been scammed then, Happy Experience and be careful next time..

 

He didn't reverse his payment.
He charged back on the payment he sent you and he claimed to be a payment made without his knowledge.

You have lost the money that's for sure.There is nothing you can do and remember 1 thing, paypal is well known for helping scammers.

 

This is why n00bies should only do business with members with over 142 posts, and registered over five months ago, or has way more than six iTrader feedback if they have low post count/is a newbie, as it reduces 98.6% chance of getting scammed.
Also, leave him a Negative iTrader now!

 

so how to inform MODERATORS about this incident so dat they may do some thing. Should i report PayPal.?

I think Moderators won't do anything.You just learn the lesson and try to do business in non-Paypal way next time.Paypal really sucks.

 

You got scammed is not PayPal's or Moderator's Problem, Still paypal can handle your problem, contact them asap !

Nah i am not gonna leave him He have to Give me my sites back to me. They were not for him. . Please if anyone of u can suggest me some thing to get my money or sites back from this guy???

Now, all you can do is report the case to CYBERCRIME department along with proofs which i doubt you will!
So, forget about all these and move on.
You will earn a lot more in the future.
