Major Kontera Payment Issue

I normally don't deal with companies outside the U.S., and I thought that the outfit was based in the U.S. (San Fransisco).

That's is all that was, and nothing more.

 

Something like that. I'm upset, because I should have done my homework. If I had, I wouldn't be in here dealing with this or there dealing with that.

OK, let's put some context to all of this. The original poster of this thread is on hold for a violation of his TOS. Period. Yes, he also needed to send in his W9.
Until the TOS matter is resolved, he will not be paid. This is normal for any company. A TOS violation is not a small matter.

Kontera is not having any sort of financial difficulties. We mailed out *more* checks (March 1) for *more* money (from San Francisco) than at any time in the company's history. We are in the business of paying our publishers. We are also going through a large system upgrade that caused a few delays, but NO publisher is not getting paid. If there is an issue, we are addressing them one-by-one. There is no payment issue older than 36 hours that we are not working on and all cases have received a reply (or will get one by EOD today).

If you have a payment issue, please log into your Kontera account, insure that we have received your tax and payment documents, then send us a message. We'll get the matter resolved and we reply to every email that is sent. Period.

I am removing Konetra Ads right now after reading this thread.

 

When were you planning on telling me that my account is "on hold for violation of TOS"???????

My Kontera ads are running on my website. When I log-in to my account, there is no indication of my account being on hold. I NEVER have received any notification.

I am EXTREMELY diligent about following the TOS for all of my affiliate accounts, and I can assure you that I have not violated any TOS with Kontera.

Also, how would you know anything about my Kontera account? I have NEVER posted any links to my website here, nor any other personal information. Are you taking an educated guess based on what I wrote?

Yeah, I know. I wanted to delete the thread after the payment issue was resolved, but you can't delete a thread after it starts. Now I am REALLY careful before starting a thread lol.

I was actually starting to become very happy with Kontera, even though they pay less that Chitika Linx. Kontera recenty made some great changes, such as being able to change your payment method right on their website, and they included direct deposit into a checking account.

But now after reading the recent claim here about my account, I am back to square one.
