Could google deceive ???

Over the last couple of weeks I have seen my adsense revenue Plummet to near Zero. I have the same number of Visitors and looking at my adsense stats I have approximately the same number of Page Impressions but earnings have hit an all time low.
    Could Google deceive people ?
Or is it just a couple of bad weeks ?

Has anyone else noticed anything this last couple of weeks

Has your CTR changed or is your CTR the same and you are getting less per click?

I don't know if Google deceives but your google earning depend on the quality of traffic that your sending their advertisers and what their willing to pay for it. It could be that you were smart priced.

My CTR is about the same but earnings have dropped like a stone, I can understand daily fluctuations but looking at my stats shows something happened after 02 April. That's over two weeks with next to no earnings.

So I really can't figure out what's happening.

I've seen this too. Adsense type: 728X90 and it's in the site header. Out of 4,000 page views from actual unique users, 6 clicks and $.05 total. That's less then $.01 each Yesterday, of 4,000 page views was $.48 @ 9 clicks. That's a huge difference in itself, even though $.48 @ 9 clicks is quite low already.

My traffic is 76.2% u.s. too, so that should be a premium.

It is a bad weekend if that’s all the options. Google could “deceive” but it’s highly unlikely they will take away earning possibility for no reason. Ever thought you simply might not be converting? A lot of people experience what you’re experiencing. That’s not abnormal.

Early in the year things were bad. They have slowly become better as the year has gone on.

I think the adsense "glory days" are over for awhile while the recession sets in.
