Is adsense still worth it?

The amount paid per click is so low these days, how many people are
leaving them for other programs or just leaving ppc altogether?

Diversify. If adsense is not working in a particular website or even webpage, try affiliate offers.

Half of my sites are still using Adsense, and the rest of them are using Bidvertiser.
This gives me a better comparison of payout between the two.

Are there any other ppc programs?

I dropped AdSense about two years ago and I'm just back to stick with them because apart of similar context advertising with nor results (BidVertiser, Clicksor, etc) I have not found any affiliate that pay per click at least a few cents [IMG]

Well there are a few but in adult niches [IMG]

Absolutely it is still worth it, you need to keep on tweaking and doing everything you can to change what may be low or no clicks.

Try something else for a few days. If it makes more stick with it, if it makes less go back to AdSense. It's not rocket science.

My AdSense income has dropped by 20-40% over the last few weeks. I'm going to try YPN for a day or two.

I think it depends on what kind of ads your sites running, adsense still works for me fine !

One alternative is to use Yahoo Publisher, but it`s still only available to US residents.

How it compares to Adsense I don`t know, as I`m not in the US.

Definitely, Adsense is still the best :/ Bidvertiser makes nothing and is too slow... Waiting for Yahoo to make it available in Europe...
