CPM network that accept International Traffic

    Any CPM networks that accept last tier traffic and have higher payment that 0.10? No CPX please, they don't pay more than $0.10/1000 impressions even if it's rectangular ad. :p

    paypopup.com pays for all traffic, even china. They pay from 1.8-0.25$ ppm.

    Is it also easy to buy banner impressions through these networks? I hadn't considered it but high volme & very low cost banner impressions could payoff with just a few conversions? I'll signup undersome for the referral if these networks recruit advertisers and publishers. Take care.
