That is all I have for now and will keep digging for info! If you have any that would be great...Possibly if this user stole other domains from you or something....Please Comment!

 

this is probably the same bastard that scammed me. i lost 20 llll.com and then he sold them to someone else. you wont get your names back GUANRANTEED!!!

 

I am tracking this guy down with lawyers and law officials. I don't care that this was over $300, I am tracking this guy down once and for all! BGMV: Please state the username this guy used, it is key I know all of his past usernames and transactions. I have recorded conversations of MSN and Yahoo where he admits he stole my domains so he is trapped and screwed! So, please provide more info! Thanks for everyone's support!

Omg what a bastard! Too many scammers around here in these days, I read about a guy get scammed from a member with more than 50 iTrader, Im starting to dont trust nobody...

 

I know, this guy has been stealing valuable domains from people for a while. I currently have an lawyer and private investigators tracking this guy down...He is not getting away with scamming me, and calling me multiple expletives...Anyone else get scammed by either users "ItalianJob" or "Felics" the more info and comments I get, the better!

Don't worry about the language...I used the same when that bitch scammed me! I have lots of information, and my investigator is trying to track that guy down, get a location, phone number, and any other personal info...He has scammed not only me, but loads of people on domains, and I am planning on bringing him down with the help of my lawyer and investigator! Thank you for you support! Glad to see members support me in this process! WE WILL NOT TOLERATE SCAMMERS ANY MORE!

 

just one tip thou, you might end up spending a lot more then those 2 domains and still not catch him, if he is in Asia or Africa there is not much you will be able to do to him even if you find his info, so just becareful, I know you are pissed off but he isnt going to be that easy to catch. I have noticed this, but luckily, I have some great connections in the law area, so I have personal friends who happen to be specialists in both positions (lawyer and investigator) who are doing this for me as a friendly favor, although they work for me as if they would any other client.

As to tracking him down, I know he might be in a foreign country, but I will see what I can do to give this guy a little of what he deserves. I am also pist that these scammers have no respect for hard working domainers like ourselves! THEY SHOULD GET A LIFE AND FEELINGS! I thank you for the continuation of discussion on this matter, and hope in continues...

I was a bit annoyed but VERY UNDERSTANDING that DP was not able to help me with any personal information on the guy, like IP address or anything, but I understand...I hope my team can track this guy down anyways! I will no doubt keep everyone updated! Anyhow, please keep commenting and posting for discussion, and I will be responding with both discussion responses and updates! Great to see all the support!

For your reference only,
We use this method for selling high price domain online (my boss taught me in the past)

Divided the whole payment into 2 or 3 parts, (reduce the risk and let buyers do more on it and long time protection)
for example,
1. use escrows/middleman services for 1/3 about 33.3% payment
2. use paypal for abother 1/3 about 33.3% payment
3. use alertpay,egold or mb for last about 33.3% payment

or other combination of percentage

this is a good policy for online/electronic transaction on high price or valuable domains!

if they really want the high price domains $xxxx etc ,they will do it (more profits as they will do the calcuation)...
The trade world is large ...
Maybe or may not be."Gods know who buy or not" - gold clue here..
Partial payment is common and 2 parts seem very reasonable,
or escrow is the only choice!

Suggest to keep on and business field is that!(Gain or loss)
