I'm an affiliate for a merchant on CJ, I tried emailing them a few times to help with links and they aren't responding. Is there anything that can be done? The company is kinda big so if I called the number on their website it would just be a customer service dept. I don't think they would be able to help.
Call anyways and ask for the affliate dept. The customer service will most likely give you a different phone number, if it's outsourced, or redirect you right away. There's nothing else you can do really. Big companies usually get flooded by emails and tend to miss lots of them, calling is your best option.
If the affiliate manager doesn't respond to emails, I usually just drop the program. There are a lot of very helpful affiliate managers via CJ so I try not to work with these problems when the affiliate manager relationship is so important to successful campaigns and the entire premise of the affiliate relationship requires contact.
