I'm sorry to say it, but the samples are not that good. The Salma Hayek one? Really, but really bad English on that one.

So, I just wanted to let you know guys, maybe you'd take another look on those samples. I hope you'll consider this as positive criticism and not as "I have nothing else to do than ditch other ppl's work".

i have just read salma hayek sample. incredible bad. i can't believe that article ended among promo samples. rest of the samples are good. especially if you take price in consideration. i have ordered 5*500 pack. can we order different lengths instead 5*500, for example: 2*1000 + 1*500? should we put that note in "* Add details about the project: - (Give more information about your order)"?

 

Did the last email get through? I paid for an order a few days ago and when I try to reply to your email for more details it just bounced. I tried emailing you from two different accounts and pmed you on DP. Please let me know you go the details

I have ordered several article packs over the past few weeks and can give everyone here a quick review. I have nothing personal with the company and no "agenda". I just want to be honest with what my experience has been.

The order process is simple and the company did deliver on time with 90% of the packs I ordered. On the ones they didn't get right, they gave me a bonus of extra articles or more words. IE...I ordered a 10 pack of 250 words and they bumped it up to 500 because of delivery issues. That was very good of them. I will definitely give them that.

On the other hand, I can not recommend the service. The English is so bad on far too many of the articles that I could not even use them. Most of them I had to completely rewrite or simply trash them. The tried and true addage of "you get what you pay for" certainly applies here. Yes, the rates are the best around, but what good is the service when you can't even use the articles that you get back? Unless the quality of the article writing were to improve, I can't use them again.
