Shouldn't adsense ban them

Here is a site [url removed]which is using adsense ads in a frame and then usually what they do is inside that frame they have law and other high paying keywords with fake content and then they show the frame on this mastiland.com site, is such thing allow can we do the same in order to earn more

why aint they banned please help them get banned

Yes that is against Adsense ToS and they would get banned once caught or reported.

Google says it has capability to catch any kinda fraud.. their algorithm is god... then why the hell they dont make an algo which just dont pay users anything if detected as fraud click or tricks.. rather than completely banning them... sometimes by ignorance many honest publishers with good sites get ban from google... I think google should make serious changes in its algo and make something like which will pay NILL for fraud clicks rather than banning users around the globe..

The templates that so calle GURU - Joel Comm Provides For $97 per month haev iFrames for adsense codes - it implies that he's getting his customers banned ?
Note - I'm no fan of him - Infact any of the 'gurus' !

Jezus, I can't believe how short-sighted some folks are. Instead of iFraming ads on that website and stuffing it with irrelevant keywords , he should work on getting a better CTR. His Alexa stats are great (13.192) and instead of learning a few adsense tricks and finding some affiliate offers, he decides to iFrame the ads. He may get away with one check, but the next one probably won't come. If he instead focused on legal optimization within the TOS, he would earn 10 times more than he would with his stupid high paying keywords...

Ok so the guy might be breaking the TOS. By why should we help getting him banned? Focus on your own sites instead of playing police officer IMHO.
