Hello All, For the first time in Cari.Net history we are about to spend some dough on Google AdWords , what I am looking for is some keywords to use, we all know the typical keywords for dedicated servers, but I was hoping some of you here could give me some insight into picking the right keyword.
unfortunately that is not possible. There are no "right" keywords, there is only portfolio building and testing. Target keywords that are highly dedicated to your products and services and you will go far. Secondly, I am familiar with the hosting services type keywords. They are expensive and will cost you lots of money to become a contender in this arena. My only advice is to ensure you have a proper campaign manager because that industry is cut throat and secondly ensure you have a killer landing page. Oh, one more note, I hope you have a fair enough budget too...
As Robert said, this will be quite an expensive campaign. The keyword Dedicate Servers alone will cost you between $11.00 - $15.00 per click.
We are ready to dump some money into it, we are listed number one on raw search results on many keywords such as "windows dedicated server" & "linux dedicated server", we range from 4-6 under "Dedicated Server" but nowhere to be found on "Dedicated Hosting". Bid on competitor terms and urls. Generic terms, like the ones you listed, will get you no where fast. Also, you don't need a campaign manager to do this, start small and keep your budget low until you get the hang of it.
