    I have got one blog.

On an average 30 unique visitors are visiting my blog but bounce rate is 80%.

    What to do now?

Currently i am doing social bookmarking, rss feed submission as well as directory submission.

What can i do to decrease the bounce rate

How relevant is your traffic? Social traffic can be dire, because people are not really that interested in the first place. It's great to see that 400 to 1000 extra visitor blip that comes after a stumble but they come, they look and they bugger right off never to be seen again. Waste of time and effort. (IMHO and YMMV, of course)

Make sure that your seo is up to scratch so that your blog is appearing in the serps for related searches. Exchange links with complementary but non-competitive websites. Create content rich external pages on squidoo, hubpages and others, submit related articles to article sites for interested publishers to use.

Well not many can actually give you a direct answer better then you to your self. I believe you are using some analytics tool to measure your traffic stats. From where I would rather check where most of the visitors are landing and then see what is it that they don't like it there, is it the headline? The first paragraph of content? too much ads? The design and navigation? I would suggest you start from there.

The key is to have good, interesting, intriguing content for the targeted visitors.

You WILL notice a difference if and when you have the good content and layout.

Most of the time a high bounce rate indicates poor design or no clear call to action that is above the fold on the landing page.

Add a survey, ask people why they're leaving, give an incentive to fill it out :)

To be honest, 30 uniques aren't enough to be statistically significant.
Forget things like bounce rate, you need a strategy to get more visitors.

"Currently i am doing social bookmarking, rss feed submission as well as directory submission. "

Traffic from social bookmarking sites is of no use, its like automated traffic.

This traffic will not help you earn from ads.

I suggest you get organic traffic.

Optimize for Google, try to get traffic from search engines. Article submission can also bring some good traffic.
