I am thinking about starting up a coupon site. What if any affiliate offers coupons so that way users will click on the coupon and be redirected to the advertiser.

The Shareasale network has a coupon and deals database that stores all the coupons for their merchants. It's also available via RSS feed. Actually I believe all the major CPS affiliate networks have something similar.

 

I saw on eBay that they sell a script for automatic coupon site. Maybe helpful for you
