Look at the source code. There's a Firefox plugin available that will highlight which links are followed, but I don't recall the name of it (I'm an Opera user).

NoDoFollow is probably the plugin Dan is referring to.

There's a few other options as well:

You may already have SEOQuake installed, which has a setting to strikeout all nofollow links. I like SEO Quake a lot for its other features - its worth having.

I have Firebug installed as well. With firebug, just inspect a link and look at it in the HTML panel, its easy to see if its nofollow'd or not.

If you use FF then use the SeoQuake and it will strike-off the no-follow links on a webpage. The plugin is handy ;) :)
    It's SeoQuake

Yep, SEOQuake is the one I was thinking of. Thanks for jogging my memory. :)

(Goes back to waiting for Opera Dragonfly to come out.)

I use Search Status. It highlights nofollow links, so you'll have no problem spotting them. also has other cool seo tools installed.

It blocks all the pop-ups and the speed dial thing is also good. However, I still use FF ;) :)

Aside from using all these tools and whatnot, the easiest thing to do is look at the source code and then use your browsers find as you type feature. For example, in Firefox hit Ctrl + U to bring up the source and and then Ctrl + F. Type "nofollow" and then see where it shows up in the code. This will save you time installing some annoying extensions, etc.

I'm using the "SEO for Firefox" add-on. It highlights nofollow links in red, and gives information about sites in the Google search results, such as PR, Alexa rank, and other useful stats.
