    I like it! The only problem I see is it doesn't emphasize "gold" enough. The prize for the contest is a 1,000 gold coin... Maybe if the colors were changed a bit? Also, I'm not sure if I like the lines coming off the "G" and the "D" on both sides, possible a little too much? It should be "go for the gold '08". we own the domain name www.goforthegold08.com. It should match

    I like it... The colors are still a little off. I also don't like the pencil on the left.

    I like it! Could you change the red to blue? And could you have 08 instead of 2008?

    What file type do you deliver in? PSD? I'm just wondering in case I wanted to change the colors and the text around myself later if I chose your entry.
