    can i use my icici debit card to verify my account as i hv opened my account in icici and paypal but need to verify the paypal account

    No, Indian Debit Cards cannot be used to verify Paypal. You will need an International Credit Card for that.

    Yes, Agree with Eddy if you are an India debit card won't help....you need to have credit card.

    u can withdraw upto $500 pm with unverifed PP, try icici biz cards, i have heard some good feedback abt it :)
