TTZ Media product ads any good?

After giving up on bidvertiser for giving me the most irrelevant ads imaginable, I put up some TTZ media ads on my site. I have actually gotten 10 clicks from them, and it's been a week I believe. I'm getting around 170 uniques a day.

I'm a bit confused on TTZ's pricing though. Do they pay $0.15 per click unless you get over 1000 clicks?

Has anyone used them before? Do they pay on time?

TTZ is not a cpc. They are CPA. They won't pay if the one you refer didn't buy anything.

 

Not to stick up for TTZ, but I know they are CPC since I know of other sites that use them.

Their reporting probably comes from a third-party.

I was asking if people have used them, I just want to know about payment and if they're legit. If you haven't used them you wouldn't know.

Can you explain why? Do you know of a better advertising company that doesn't need a SS# and pays by paypal?
