IMO, Wallpaper is too much in the title and the title could be a word or two shorter throw a nofollow on the link opening up your privacy policy page unless you want that to rank add wallpaper to the end of your url's or better free wallpaper - e.g. britney-spears-free-wallpaper looks really good
