How you will provide 100gb space with your 40GB hard disk ?

 

Alpha Master allows the creation of Master Reseller, Reseller and Shared Hosting accounts. We do not have an alpha master control panel you would use WHMReseller to create the accounts.

 

40GB HDD is the Intake server. We always quarrentine new accounts on our intake server before moving them to our 'vault' server.

This is a requirement of ours to assess whether a user is meeting the requirements of the TOS in the first period.

Our 'vault' server is also a faster rack.

We know that any legitimate complaint will come through our support kiosk first so there is no chance a problem will remain unresolved and reach here! We have NEVER had a problem we have been unable to rectify satisfactorily.

Seems interesting, Just a question. Why do you manage a trail server and an original server ? You could save some money by removing the demo server and putting the clients in your main server.

We started with our intake server and decided to keep it. There is no reason I suppose other than the safeguard of new customers not affecting the existing seasoned customers with their actions. Once we are happy with a new clients conduct we move the account..

Do you not think this is a valuable excercise? We have learnt the hard way to be cautious.

We are currently looking for a new dedicated server to combine our two smaller servers our intake server and our vault.

We have today authorised the production of a new server. This server will replace 'Elusive' as our intake server. The server will have a larger 200gb capacity with a 1gb guaranteed RAM burstable to 2gb.

We will be transferring accounts over from 'elusive' in due course. Your account will either end up on the new server or on our vault 'vanquish'. Existing clients will not have to do anything a the moment. We are attempting to keep IP's the same.

New accounts will not be affected.

After signing up, how fast are accounts set up?

Also do you offer custom plans? Say I only need 100 gb space and 1TB bandwidth?

Coupons are listed in our original post on this thread. The 10PERCENT4LIFE coupon is 10% off of all payments either monthly, quarterly, annually, etc. for the LIFE of the account.

ALL accounts are setup instantly after the purchase has been made, however; reseller accounts, master reseller and alpha master reseller will be verified by a member of staff before reselling priviledges are applied. This is normally within an hour, with the basic account being available throughout.

We do offer custom plans, please raise a ticket with our helpdesk or contact livehelp.

You will not get suspended. We never suspend unless contact is lost and bills are well overdue. Resources are monitored constantly. You will be notified if you regularly cause inconvenience to other users with your account practices. We always strive to maintain a happy community of hosts and resellers here at ACE4SPACE.com.

Further to a recent problem we have had on our intake server we want to remind prospective clients to read the TOS when you sign up. We do not accomodate illegal wares sites although we allow linking. We do not allow illigal adult sites although we do most legitimate ones. We do not allow proxy servers and we DEFINATELY do not allow torrent servers.

Recently we have had problems with torrent software consuming unreasonable amounts of diskspace and putting the CPU figures through the roof! This is not fair as it is taking valuable resources away from our other paying customers. We have not got the facilities to cater for services such as this. Our vault server has more processing power but that is because it handles more accounts.

Please be aware of these TOS restrictions when signing up and check with us if you are at all unsure of your content acceptability.

Our new intake server boasts 3 times as much RAM and 5 times as much diskspace to allow us to easier vet new accounts before moving them to our vault. This ensures a hight quality of service throughout this initial phase!
