Realtime payments with MoneyBookers Merchant Account??

I would like to know that does MoneyBookers Merchant account processes credit-card payments in real-time, just like PayPal or does it need you to verify your card and takes time? Anyone used this..? Please share. Thank you.

for your first time entering of your card it'll need about 24 hour to verify it
and after that you can add or withdraw funds instantly

 

Oops...good to know this, so is the procedure same for both Merchant account and Personal account as well?

It's instant like PayPal; The diffrent thing is the 4 digit number that they send via SMS to your cellphone number when you want to make the payment directly via credit card. So you need to confirm that number to complete the payment. If you want to use it to accept payments from your customers, Then it's a good choice. Because that SMS option will prevent many fraud transactions.

 

its instant just like paypal. but moneybookers will verify your credit card. Them will charger your credit card with random amount. After that, you must check your credit card statement (its just take few days) with call your credit card company or login to your credit card online. Check how much moneybookers charger your credit card and then enter the amount to your moneybookers account.

 

Thank you all for your answers.. But I still there are two different answers, sampagul said that you need to verify the random amounts and cienen.com said the other way.. Anyways, Cienen had you ever had a chance to pay with MB? If yes, please confirm. Thank you very much...

 

The SMS option will also prevent some legitimate transactions as it is the only SMS service to date that doesn't want to come through on my cell phone to register it

No, I had those info from a friend who was tried to buy a template from templatemonster.com via moneybooker payment. Actually I didn't tried myself and I don't know much details. It's better you call them and answer all of your questions clearly.
