What amount of money would it take for you to sell your AdSense enabled web site? Or would you even sell it?
No the question is how much would you sell YOUR site for regardless of income. Not how much you are willing to pay for a site.
demends on so many things, so many variables like quality of content, catchy domain, traffic it receves... originality of idea, design etc.
If its making money and does not require any input? why would I, but its hardly making enough to cover the cost, sure I would, how much? It would depend on how much I exaggerate about its potential, people don't sell money making sites unless its taking too much effort or they need the money to get a new project going, don't forget people also use last two reasons to sell you a non-profitable sites as well, so good luck with that
I don't think having adsense on my site woud have much to do with the sale price. there is potential to earn from my site but that doesn't mean someone else would. Unless it was designed just to earn from adsense, the buyer could run some other ads and do better.
If had to sell my AdSense website, I would see many factors. Firstly, How much is its Expenditure and how much is it earning? For example, The expenditue per year for Domain and hosting is 50$ and its earning 500$ per year. I would sell that website for 600$.
Yes I see no reason we work so hard online for so long. So unless its a pointless web site there is no reason to sell it. Its just not worth it.
