    just because the support person 'works' there and doesn't know he is selling the site doesn't mean the OP doesn't own the property. The template site is hosted at the same place as his blog so what other proof do you have other than the outsourced support didn't know (and probably doesn't care) that the site is being sold?

    Agreed. Lots's of template sites using this templates sales affiliate program. The default live support service is provided by template-help.com

    So there is no need to blame the OP at the moment.

    Because the script has a link to a chat service provided by the affiliate company. a user asked if the company was selling my site, which obviously they cannot, as I own it. I am just an affiliate for them

    No you don't get all the templates it runs on a affiliate program so every sale you make you get a cut of the sale price. You have no ownership over the templates being sold.

    Anyways lots of traffic for your sale, sorry i know its your place but just to keep your bidding open.
