does my forum suck?

i recently started a forum for webmasters named webmasterpals.com.

does my forum suck
is it that bad?

 

It's pretty generic looking, and the header does not line up with the forum columns. I wouldn't join it.

 

does the site have good content?

 

looks ok header alignment bit needed

In terms of design, I think it needs a new header and a new logo. Content needs a little time to pick up.

I did not see a problem with the alignment of the header other than the link buttons below the site name look out of place off to the left like that.

 

I was thinking the same thing. The logo should speak for the forum and its topic. It will also help your forum to be recognized by many people if it is a good one a one that is standing out.

 

It looks fine.Template looks good,texts are easy to read,you just need more users...

 

I like the color. But I've seen a lot of forums with similar design. A new logo would help too. Good luck.

Ok WP.. You do need to get someone to make a custom layout. The header yes, it does not go in line with forum style, I'd change the icons as well.

So in short:

1. A custom logo / header
2. A matching colour skin
3. Change the default look of vB

That's all, and it's not b.s. It's ok. and I wish you good luck in progressing those ideas.

 

It probably doesn't suck as much as it is just another forum.

 

Needs a logo, different theme or colors. Better header, I think the material is good but you could improve on the design. The best forums are the ones that make you forget the forum actually used a template to create it!!!
