How can we find joy in work?

So according to you How can we find joy in work?

Just enjoy your work! (no matter how bad it is...)

 

Exactly... When you love your work, you feel overwhelmed to do more work

 

You can't really find joy in your work if you don't like doing it in the first place. I am not happy with my current work but I have no choice since I need the money.

 

Set challenges for yourself.. try to find the things that you do like. Do extra things if you have to, to make the boring repetitive work more pleasant.. or try to do things in a different (better) way.

Just take a brake during long time day job.

 

If you are the boss in your office then appoint some sexy ladies as employee.
If you are not the boss then try to get a job in an office where you will have sexy colleagues.There you can find real joy in work

That's a very nice and funny suggestion.

I think if you want to find joy in work, try to take your work as a challenge and never crib about it (I am not pointing towards you, its just that some people keep cribbing about their work and they are never able to enjoy it).

Some activities like chatting with your colleagues in the free time/breaks, some fun activities at work (like some team building games, pizza party at office, occasional outings/parties), any other incentives, etc. can also help!

 

to enjoy your work, you need to love your work and should have wild burning desire to became supreme in your job.

 

It's very hard to do some work you can't stand it I know what it's feel like...and I quited that job, of course...but it only depend on you if you want to see the positive aspects of your work and keep it

You have to really enjoy your work to be able to find joy in it. If you do not enjoy working maybe you should get another job. When you are looking forward to going to work each and every day you will know that you have found the right job.

You don't become a lawyer becouse is well payed but becouse you like it

I do what i love and get payed well that's joy in work in my book

 

You need to love the work you have to at your workplace.
Theres a thing called Job Satisfaction. You won't get it untill you start to like your duty.
