How long does it take for Moneybookers !?

    Hello ,

    My account on Moneybookers got locked and they need verifications. I sent all the required verifications and it has been a week now and I haven't heard anything from them

    Do you know guys how long does it usually take?

    Are you talking about verifying your bank accounts where they debit or credit your account with an ammount and you have to confirm amount? If so these can take a few days to show up but should be there by now. Mooneybookers does set quite a low limit without being verified which can be frustrating and I've been caught out. I've just done verification and it took 5 days. Hopefully your bank will show it up soon on your online banking. If not, you could call your bank - sometimes they can view pending payments before they clear.

    No , actually I have verified all (address , bank , credit card) and now they wanted a copy of my passport so I also uploaded that.

    Usually, it does take between 7 to 14 business days. They are slow, but you do not have to worry.
