    Hello

I run a good article website and am wanting long-term writers who can write on 1-3 niches.

I want to have an About.com feel to my site, where writers have a profile and maybe a small picture. i want quality articles with a real professional feel.

writers need good english skills and the ability to keep the reader captivated. SEO knowledge is perferred but not necessary as i can sort that out.

i'm looking at paying $0.10 for each article that gets published (this may increase dependant on the site's success) and the submission of at least 4 articles a month.

ARTICLES MUST BE ORIGINAL AND MUST NOT BE SUBMITTED TO OTHER ARTICLE DIRECTORIES

PM me if you are interested and i will get back in touch :)

lol. are you serious with this proposal?
any writer can buy their own domain, get a hosting, build their own article directory, install adsense codes on it, then receive ALL site earnings for themselves. I'm pretty sure the adsense earnings won't be that much, but then again, i know it could be more than 40 cents/month in several months.

If your website had PR7, i would've been interested.. :)

erm, it's performance based for a start

secondly - potential for growth with this site is huge

thirdly - surely it's better to get a small reward for writing and simply submitting to ezinearticles for free...

you need this for 10 cents and i thought you were offering 10$ per article and had just missed the keyboard.
Anyway best of luck to you but it is too low for me.

I am currently making $30 per article - and that is for just about 250 words. I have worked for $10 per article and $15 per article too.

For non-web stuff I have had even better rates. :D

well it's up to you guys.

plenty of people are willing to write for free - for the experience, for the outlet.

i'll do what i originally intended and get in touch with local creative writing students. they would appreciate the opportunity of having their work published on a decent website.

i have zero budget at the moment, but i'm hoping the site will really kick off and it would have been nice to have some good long-standing writers who could reap it's rewards in the future.

like i said - this isn't for money grabbers. i know you all want to make a quick buck, but i'm after some genuine input to my site that i really want to make a success of.

clearly i've looked in the wrong place.

Well, people tend to get a tad immature around here, but the idea is sort of like Squidoo right? If so, its better than Squidoo, because you get at least some guaranteed income plus traffic. Some things you might want to think about is ad revenue sharing, getting the PR up, and an author rating system.

You probably should've waited until it was completely done and polished to advertise it at a place like this.
