Only a few question , the .name domains, are good to search engines (google, yahoo)? I rarely see .name domains... Thanks for replys.
.org .net .com is the same thing on SE the content and links make the diference. but my question, is, the .name is good for SE, or the spiders understand .name domains how "only and only" personal domains and dont rank them on SE?
it really doesn't matter your TLD as long as your site will have good content and good search engine optimization. it can be .cc,.ws,.etc... it simply doesn't matter to google.
Yes the content make the diference, but the domain jobs.name is very well that jobs.com or not? Two sites, same content (no, dont have duplicate content punish today ;] ) who win? Jobs.name or jobs.com? Google can understand the .name domain only for names? (steve.jobs.name for example lol) ?
Not sure, but I think domain extensions don't make lot of difference when it comes to ranking in search results, or do they ?
